Traditional hypnosis is a hypnosis which is done by a hypnotist. The method is still traditional. He will tell you to close your eyes and relax. After you are in trace mode, he will put suggestion on your subconscious. Traditional hypnosis only works on people who easily follow command. If traditional hypnosis does not work, then conversational hypnosis is used.
